Starfish offers an extremely competitive healthcare and dental plan
for you and your family members. Rather than force you into an HMO,
we have opted for a PPO plan which provides tremendous flexibility
in terms of providers within the plan. If you have an established
health-care provider who is not within the plan you are not forced
to switch -- you will still receive benefits through our program!
There is a nominal employee contribution (pre-tax) toward the
premium for the medical portion of the healthcare benefit. Starfish
pays 100% of the dental premium for you and your family members!
We also offer a comprehensive vision plan for you and your family
members. No cost to the employee -- Starfish pays 100% of the vision
premium for you and your family members!
Starfish provides for Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage
in the event of a serious illness or injury. Starfish also provides
a Life Insurance benefit equal to two times your annual salary.
The premiums for these coverages are also paid 100% by Starfish.
To assist with your retirement savings for the future, as well as
tax benefits today we offer an extremely competitive 401(k) plan.
Starfish knows how essential it is to revitalize every once in a
while. We offer a generous vacation accrual system beginning with
twelve days your first year and increasing with your tenure at Starfish.
In addition, we provide ten paid holidays per calendar year.
To assist in providing a healthy work environment we are able to
offer a fitness center which includes exercise equipment, half-court
basketball, lit tennis court and showers/locker facility. This fitness
center is available for use 24 hours a day, seven days a week --
you can even invite family members and friends!
